General Policies
Our policies in regards to In-Stock & Special Order merchandise:
In-Stock will be shipped within 3-5 working days from date of order. Special Order merchandise within 4-6 weeks from date of order or sooner. Shoppers will be notifed when an item is out of stock or when a Special Order is necessary.
Payment for orders is accepted with VISA MC DIS personal check or money order. Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears. Phone orders will also be accepted & may use any payment method we accept. International orders will have additional postage charges. We will advise in advance the shipping amount will be. Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:
All purchases are tax exempt except for PA residents who have a 6% tax added to taxable products.

Warranties
Since many of our items are handmade, there may be a slight deviation of design or color from the picture on site. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in dye lots from the tannery. Various types of leather are used in our products. Natural markings from the animal, skinning and tanning process have been retained to add character to the piece. Please see our policies in regards to Returns for additional information.
Order Cancellation Policies
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. If order is cancelled after shipment or if order is refused, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
