Oversize & overweight items may incur additional charges. Orders from a country other than the USA will also incur additional shipping charges. Notification of the shipping amount for these instances will be made via email in advance. We only charge what we are charged! No handling fees either.
Return Policies
Items damaged upon delivery must be reported to UPS for pickup. (Please keep original package for inspection by UPS). Defective or broken items may be returned for exchange. Please notify Coyote Trails within 72 hours. A replacement, at no additional charge, will be made as soon as the defective product is returned to Coyote Trails for inspection.
Items returned at the customer's discretion (i.e.wrong size, did not like, etc.) will be accepted. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges for like merchandise or another item will incur no additional shipping charges. If no exchange is requested, the item amount will be credited to your bankcard or a store credit can be issued to be used at any time on any item within one year. A 10% re-stocking fee will be incurred.
Free Freight Events
There will be no shipping charge for packages during this event except for the following:
1. Overweight and/or oversized packages that incur additional charges from UPS or USPS
2. Shipping costs exceed the order total.
3. Orders from outside the USA.
We only charge you what we are charged by the shipping company. Nothing additionally & no handling fees. |
